This job will be with a 3rd party billing company who services Substance Abuse/Mental Health Facilities.
Employee will be expected to use internal processes to obtain insurance information of potential admitting patients.
Employee will contact respective health insurance companies to determine patients’ current benefits and eligibility.
Employee will transfer obtained data directly into Electronic Medical Record database.
Employee will be trained to mimic company/client standards but computer literacy is ideal.
